The Cheesecake Factory is a beautiful restaurant. It reminds me of pictures I have seen of restaurants and buildings in Italy. My wife and I have been trying to eat at The Cheesecake Factory in Charlotte, NC for years. Every time we would try, there would be a long wait.

The Cheesecake Factory is my one exception to that rule. I've loved everything I've ever had there. We don't have one nearby, but I've eaten at various ones while traveling. Two of my favorites are the Chicken Piccata (with mashed potatoes instead of angel hair pasta) and the Pasta Da Vinci.
